KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION CONTINUES FOR THE CLASS OF 2035:


Please complete the pre-registration and registration forms online using this link:  New Student Registration Link

Please be certain to select the correct school year (2022-23) for incoming students for next year.

When completing the forms, you will have the opportunity to choose a date/time to visit our middle school and finalize your child's registration on March 24 (3-7:20PM), March 29 (3-7:20PM) or March 31 (8:20AM-3PM).

To complete your child's kindergarten registration, you must submit their birth certificate, immunization record and 3 proofs of residency (including a lease, tax bill or other proof of purchase or an affidavit of residency if living with a Palisades resident).  Any questions, please contact the Community Relations Office at 610-847-5131, ext. 2401 (Donna) or 4000 (Ann).

Incoming kindergarten students must be five years of age before 9/1/22.  Thank you!

Elementary STEM Night - March 8th

Information and Donations Request
The Palisades High School STEM Outreach Club is hosting a FREE STEM Night for Elementary age students in grades 3-5. The event will occur on Tuesday, March 8th, and is open to elementary-age students grades 3-5 that reside within the Palisades School District. This event is designed, planned, and hosted by student members of the Palisades High School STEM Outreach Club and the Chief Science Officers. 

What is a STEM Night? A series of hands-on activities and demonstrations that promote scientific thinking, engineering design, and of course, fun!

When:  March 8th, 2022 (Tuesday) from 6 PM-7:30 PM Doors open at 5:30PM

Where: Purple Gym Entrance, Palisades High School, 35 Church Hill Rd., Kintnersville , PA 18930

How: Made possible through your generous donations and a grant from the Palisades Community FoundationSnacks, water, and STEM Night T-shirts will be available for purchase throughout the evening. 

Donations:  We are kindly asking for any donations of the items below to help us offset the cost of running this event. Any donation will greatly help! If you choose to make a donation, please sign up here for one or more items and drop them off at a donation bin, located in the main office of each elementary school and the high school.

Congratulations to the Palisades Bocce Ball Team who qualified for the playoffs on March 2nd at Pennridge HS. Team members are:  Grace Bucich, Leo Cerborino, Kylie Helfrich, Olivia Lessing, Grace Martens, Kassie Mundhenk, and Averie Winsor. The team is coached by Mr. Derrick Tilburg and Mrs. Dani Thomas.

The Palisades High School Social Studies department is encouraging all students who will be 18-years-old by the time of the May 17th, 2022 election to register to vote!

Help Wanted at PSD

Full-Time Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at Palisades School District starting May 1, 2022. Hourly rate: $27/hour plus benefits. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm (includes a half hour unpaid lunch), 12 month position. This position is a confidential employee and receives benefits under the Act 93 Agreement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire payroll process for the district, overseeing the electronic time clock system, processing benefit enrollment for the district, supporting all employees with benefit enrollment and changes, monitoring all benefit programs for compliance with government regulations, and preparing mandated tax and payroll reports according to submission timelines. The successful candidate will support the HR Associate.

Requirements: Associates Degree (2 years) in Business Administration or 5 years payroll experience.

Interviews will be held March 10, 2022.

Custodian – full-time, primarily evening shift position at Tinicum Elementary School, starting as soon as possible.  The interested candidate must be able to perform routine cleaning of assigned areas both independently and as a team, assist with snow removal, lawn care, and set up for special events. Consideration given to candidates with prior school custodial experience.

This position is 7.5 hours per day. During the school year, the shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. During the summer and on all non-student days, the hours will shift accordingly to daytime.  This is a support staff, contracted position and receives all benefits as per the collective bargaining agreement.  Hourly rate: $22.52/hour, after a successful probationary period.
