PCF WEEKEND MEAL DISTRIBUTION:  NEARLY 300 MEALS DISTRIBUTED TO FAMILIES EACH WEEK!!!

If you or someone you know would like to receive a free meal next weekend, courtesy of Palisades Community Foundation (PCF), please fill out this form:  Link for May 15th Pick Up

This meal is being provided to families in the Palisades School District thanks to the generous donations made to PCF to support those most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please share this information with senior citizens who may wish to receive a meal.  You may fill out the form on their behalf and pick up the meal for them if you would like.

Meals will be distributed again on Friday, May 15th from 3-5PM at Palisades High School in a drive through fashion.  We ask that you remain in your vehicles when picking up the prepared meals for your family, friends or neighbors.

If you are interested in donating to this COVID relief project, please mail your tax free donation to PCF at PO Box 194, Kintnersville, PA  18930 or go to https://www.palisadescommunityfoundation.com/ to make an online donation using PayPal or to purchase a t-shirt (proceeds go to the COVID-19 Relief Project).

Again, if you would like to reserve meals to pick up on Friday, May 15th at PHS between 3 and 5PM, please fill out this form by the end of day on Wednesday, May 13th (that will give us enough time to prepare and package the meals for distribution on Friday).  Click here:  Link for May 15th Pick Up

We are very excited to have had an outpouring of compassion and commitment to this project by our community members!  We are all proud to be a part of this project and are thankful for your support!  We hope to continue to provide weekend meals at least through the end of May.

Tail on the Trail

TAIL ON THE TRAIL CHALLENGE - TAKE THE 165 MILE CHALLENGE!

St. Luke's University Health Network is very excited to implement the School-Based Get Your Tail on the Trail 165 Mile Challenge! Get Your Tail on the Trail (or TOT for short) is a free program where users log their miles and earn free gear! Our biggest challenge, logging 165 miles or more, starts this Friday, May 1 and goes until November 2. If you reach 165 miles between May and November, you get a prize!

They have also added some friendly competition to this challenge. When students and their families sign up, they can select your school district, which allows St. Luke's to run reports on engagement! The school who logs the most miles from May to November will get an additional prize!
