Welcome to the Palisades School District!

This page is for Kindergarten Registration and for students registering for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year (starting in August) ONLY.

To register your child in the Palisades School District, please review the information below and follow the instructions. Please note: Kindergarten Registration will open on Friday, 2/9/24.

For Kindergarten Registration for the upcoming 2024-2025 School Year **ONLY**


Resident children of the Palisades School district who will attain a chronological age of five years BEFORE September 1, 2024 are eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. For a complete list of requirements, please review our Kindergarten Welcome Letter (PDF) here: Kindergarten Letter for 2024-2025 School Year / Carta de Kindergarten/Espanol

1. To begin the enrollment process for Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year, please fill out our pre-registration form here: Register for the 2024-2025 School Year


2.  Once the pre-registration form for your student has been submitted, you will receive an email with ID/password information to set up an account in PowerSchool and you must complete the online enrollment forms using PowerSchool's Enrollment Express program.

3. A 30-minute math/literacy screening must be scheduled for your child. Appointments will be held on 3/19 (4-8pm), 3/26 (4-8pm), and 4/4 (8am-4pm) at Palisades Middle School located at 4710 Durham Road, Kintnersville, PA 18930. 4. You must also present the following REQUIRED documents, which can be uploaded to PowerSchool or brought to the screening appointment:
--> Child's Birth Certificate
--> Immunization Records - please see this link for immunization requirements - Pennsylvania School Immunization Requirements / Requisitos de Vacunacion Escolar de Pensilvania/Espanol
--> Three (3) Proofs of Residency* - one lease agreement, agreement of sale or property tax parcel bill, as well as two other proofs of residency which may include a driver's license, credit card bill, utility bill, or insurance bill.  (For new residents, proof of rental or purchase must be provided at registration; you will have 45 days to provide utility or insurance bills) *PLEASE NOTE:  If you are living with another resident of the district, an Affidavit of Residency is required; the Affidavit must be completed (usually page 1 only) by the resident and notarized; we do have free notary services in our district office.  Click here for the Affidavit of Residence / Declaracion Jurada de Residencia/Espanol
