Reporting of Fraud at Palisades

The Palisades School District takes reports of Fraud extremely serious. This webpage was developed for you to report any instances of fraud you may have witnessed.

The definition of fraud is as follows. "Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain"

Examples of this may include but are not limited to:

  • Submitting fake expense reports
  • Altering time punched in or out to add time to the Employee's pay

This form may also be used to report theft of money, supplies or equipment.

Your report will be sent directly to the Superintendent and Business Administrator. Upon receipt an investigation will begin in conjunction with the District's Legal team and guided by the District's Policies and Procedures. You will be contacted for an interview; however, if you choose to remain anonymous, there may be insufficient evidence to pursue the investigation.
