This information must be completed for all students (excluding new enrollments) for the 2021-22 school year.  If you have not yet completed your student(s)' forms, please see the attached instructions (below) to create your Parent Portal Account.  To attach your students to your account, you will need and access ID and password for each of your children in our schools.  Your child(ren)'s building secretaries can help you with that information or contact the Community Relations Office at 610-847-5131, ext. 2401 or [email protected]

If you already have an account, you can just log in to complete the forms.  If you have submitted the forms earlier this year, THANK YOU!

THIS SUNDAY - CELEBRATION OF LIFE PLANNED FOR SUPERINTENDENT, DR. FRANCIS V. BARNES:

The grief and sorrow we feel can only be consoled by a Celebration of Life in Dr. Barnes' honor.  We look forward to sharing in celebrating his life and legacy with his family on Sunday, October 3rd at the Walter T. Rohrer Stadium at PHS.  The celebration will begin at 10AM.  His obituary is linked HERE

PHS Fall Play Backstage Help Needed - The Fall Play “Clue” is underway. High school students, there are tons of opportunities to offer your talents backstage. We are looking for help with stage crew, lights, sound, painting, and much more. Come be a part of this amazing production. A meeting will be held after school on Monday from 2:45-4:00. Meet in the auditorium. See Mr. Chaban with any questions.

Baseball Fundraiser

BASEBALL PARENTS BOOSTER FUNDRAISER-Adult Only Event: 

Palisades Baseball Parent Booster club Beef n Beer Fund raiser at Silver Creek. will be held on Saturday, October 2nd from 4pm until 10pm.  Tickets are $25.00 per person with all proceeds going to the Baseball Booster Club.  Raffles, DJ music by Rob Reilly and great food.   

***Just announced:   Cornhole Tournament (separate fee) to include a new Grand Prize.   Custom made Palisades Baseball Cornhole Board (set of 2 lit boards).   Winning team takes home the boards.***

We have a few openings left for any golfers interested in Palisades Winter Golf Classic on October 9, at Green Pond Country Club. Registration will be closed Tuesday October 5. Please let Coach Dietz or Coach LaFevre know who is included in your foursomes so we can complete the tournament. Thank you for your support. If you cannot attend and would like to be a sponsor there is always room for that as well.

If you are interested in driving a van in the morning, afternoon or both (non-CDL license) or a bus (CDL license), please note the rates for driving are $15.85 per hour non-CDL and $18.00 per hour CDL. Paid training is provided and you must be 18 to earn your CDL.

CHILD TAX CREDIT INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES:

Reminder: The IRS Stakeholder Liaison office is holding Advance Child Tax Credit information sessions to learn about the Advance Child Tax Credit.

Please join us and learn about:

  • Eligibility requirements for the Advance Child Tax Credit
  • Information on the IRS Update Portal, where those eligible can:
    • Check if they are enrolled to receive advance payments
    • Unenroll to stop getting advance payments
    • Provide or update bank account information for monthly payments advance payments
  • Information on the IRS Non-Filer Portal, where those not required to file a tax return can provide their information to determine eligibility and request advance payments.

We want to hear your questions and concerns. There will be a question and answer session during the meeting. You can also submit your questions to me in advance of the meeting, so we can be sure to address them. Flyer attached.
