COMPREHENSIVE PLAN SURVEYS-TAKE THE SURVEY AND LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!

As we begin to develop our goals for the upcoming Comprehensive Plan at PSD, we are once again asking for your input.  Please complete the parent/guardian survey using the link below. The data from the completed surveys will be compiled and analyzed by our Comprehensive Plan Steering Team (which includes representatives from many sectors of our community, including community leaders, parents, teachers, staff, administrators and school board members).  Throughout the Spring of 2019, many volunteers will be helping to develop action plans for the new Comprehensive Plan based on the information we receive from all of the completed surveys. As a parent/guardian of a student in our district, your input is essential. Thank you for taking the time to complete this anonymous survey. Parent/Guardian Survey
